P2V Conversion of a Linux Machine using vCenter converter 4.2.0 hangs at 1 % with the below error message on the log files,

Conversion of Windows also fails while installing the converter agent.
On the VC we have two clusters (Clus01 and Clus02) and we have this issue only with Second cluster (Clus02). Please help us resolve this.
