NT 4 and citrix conversion results in remapped drive letters

I know this is an old problem but there seems to be no answer to any of the threads posted here about it. Doing a conversion of an NT4 service pack 6 box running citrix and the citrix drive letters M N and O get remapped causing failure. Using the latest version of Converter. Anyone know how to fix this?

Please attach the logs: To do so, simply open up your VMware Converter 3.x application and choose

File --> Export Logs

From my experience, do not use sysprep (customize option in converter) as sysprep will remap your drive letters. In fact cirtix has a KB on this stating specifically to never use sysprep and instead use newsid.
