MethodFault.Summary

Good Afternoon,

Today i was converting a P2V (Bes server/Sep server) 2003. The job completed and in the task view it showed an error MethodFault.Summary. I'm not sure when the error happened as i was out to lunch when it completed. However when i try to start the VM i receive a Windows\System32\config\system boot error file is missing or corrupt as well. it stated to use the windows disk to run a repair.

I wanted to add more notes to my question. I reran the job again yesterday afternoon and notice this time when the job got to 98% it ended in error "methodfault.summary". Anyone know what would cause this? What does MethodFault.SUmmary mean?

if you get as far as 99 % the new VM should have arrived completely

try to boot it - a BSOD can be fixed quite easily - as long as it is a 7B

Sorry it took so long to get back to you but yes I am receiving the 7B BSOD when trying to P2V at 2003 server SP2.
