Linux RH AS3 not booting up after P2V

Checking to see if anyone has had an issue with Linux RH AS3 not booting up after a P2V. The conversion went fine, using Standalone v.4.1 but gives error 17:

Any suggestions? Is there something I can modify in the kernel to make this boot. After the error 17 i get back to the Grub but then no matter the selection, it cycles back to the error! p2v_error.JPG!

The conversion went fine,

that does not mean anything .. what is your destination for the p2v ?

Before you attempt to make any changes, please grab a snapshot so you can revert back if needed.

Never did get this to function properly with AS3.  I ended up using the RH AS3 recovery disc and then manually bringing over all of the Informix Data, users, files etc. However, I have gotten RH AS4 and AS5 to P2V............
