Import physical server to VM failed.

I was try to imprt one physical server to VM but failed and the log's is following,

If you are still having issues with this system conversion, please provide the following;

1. What is the exact operating system version/service pack of the source machine (machine you are trying to import)?

2. How are the source disks/volumes configured? Are there hardware/softwre RAIDs involved? Provide a screen shot if possible?

3. At what percent did the conversion fail at?

4. Delete all old Converter log files, reproduce the failure and then post the new converter log as an attachment to this thread.

Image processing task has failed with PlatformError fault: 1117

ERROR_IO_DEVICE 1117 - "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error."

Check the event logs on the source for more information on this error. I'm not sure what is causing this. You may want to disconnect any volumes or devices that are not local hard disks and trying again. You may also need to uninstall disk or RAID management software first.

Thanks for you all replay , now the problem is fixed, as check my disk Drivers was no enough space so clean some disk space then run the convert then it working fine.
