Import Windows 2000 Physical server to VM Server Failed

I tried to convert a physical server to a VM and I had the following message

What is the problem ?

Welcome to the VMware Community Forums!

The only error message in the log file is FileAlreadyExists. This occurs when the virtual machine is being created, which is typically in the 0-2% range. Did you have a failed conversion, and the files might be left over on LUN20 or another server on that host with the same display name?
