Import MS virtual server unknown error

There seems to be a lot of "unknown errors" when using this tool.

I am trying to import a MS virtual PC image for dst 2007 exchange updating. It is vm released from MS to help with dst 2007 stuff.

When I point converter to the vmc file, it throws this error after about 2 minutes of just reading this file.

I am running it on a 2003 ent server that is also the vc server.

Same problem here....... it bombs at Step 3. I am running the converter on a Windows 2003 SP1 server. Someone in another post said they installed to XP SP2 and it ran OK?? I might try.

Be sure that you have installed the virtual add-ons on the old virtual server. I had a lot of problems, after installing the add-on of virtual server everything worked.
