I am trying to make a VM and I am having some trouble.

The converter errores out when I connect to the server. I will be totaly honest I have no idea what is wrong, any help would be totaly appreciated, Thanks!

have you tried locally instead of remote ,if able to convert using locally option

then most probably LAN setting problem.

What kind of server are you trying to connect to?

ESXi 5.1 running on a IBM server that is on the compatability list.

Converter doesn't support 5.1 just yet.

if the target is ESXi 5.1 you will have no luck with a direct import - create a Workstatio VM instead and upload it with WinSCP

What LAN settings do I need to look at? I am trying a local run right now.

Will uninstall 5.1 and install 5, thanks!
