It tells me "Your profile is incomplete. We need more information from you before you can download. Update your profile and try again."
What specific information do I need to put in the profile?

I have to call them? I have this same issue. I go to my profile and it's filled out correctly. What is missing that they need before downloading again? I don't get it.
What was the fix? since its available in VMware vCenter Converter Standalone
