Failed to import OVF package: Failed to log into NFC server

I am running ESX 3 U3 and VCenter 2.5 U3. Our software is a Virtual Appliance and i have downloaded and installed it hundreds of times without a problem. I ran into the issue listed in the subject yesterday at a customer's site and i have no idea how to solve it. What the heck is a NFC server? Is this a permissions issue in VCenter or some configuration that i do not have set up properly.

I know that it is not a connection issue since it read the size of the package and all the disk settings.

Any ideas?
