I am trying to convet a winnt system into esx, always fail at setp2. I tired to convet locally and remotely and get the same error message. Please help

I have already test the TCP 902 on source machine by telnet to the target ESX and it seems TCP 902 is open. The telnet result has also been uploaded.
Please help!!!
