Failed Installation vCenter Converter Standalone, Error 29190 could not generate secure sockets layer (SSL) key

Trying to install the standalone version of vCenter Converter on a windows xp box. It starts to go through the setup and then towards the end it gives on error 29190. Could not generate secure sockets layer (ssl) key. Any ideas?

Thank you for the link, it was helpful and allowed me to solve the issue. I had to copy the c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\VMware folder from a different machine to the current one that I was having problems with. Ran the installation and it worked.

I tried to install it by copying the file from another server. But same error comes.
