i try to P2V windows 2003 in all times i have the same error, that error is present in many servers.

i search in many times but i can't find the solution about it

The reconfiguration fails due to:

Once the conversion complete you can try only to reconfig your target VM.

There is no reconfig only operation in this file, is there converter-worker8.log? (moreover it's exactly as old one) If yes, upload it.

You can repair disk with VDDK's tool vmware-vdiskmanager. After repair run reconfig again.

Windows error 14 is: "Not enough storage is available to complete this operation". There is some file copying during reconfig, so ensure some buffer.

May be this is not the real error, but check also the network connectivity between the source machine and the destination.
