FAILED: An error occurred during the conversion

Hi All;

I'v two machine OS windows 2003 want to conver to ESXi 6.5 but two machines all fail

windows 2003 to esxi6.5

converter version : 6.2

Error Message :

FAILED: An error occurred during the conversion: 'File-level volume clone error failed with sourcevolume id \WindowsBitmapDriverVolumeId=[84-23-93-1F-00-00-E6-00-19-00-00-00] and target volume id 4(323)?10000010(11000000. Error code:2'

FAILED: An error occurred during the conversion: 'File-level volume clone error failed with sourcevolume id \WindowsBitmapDriverVolumeId=[DD-5B-2A-9B-00-00-10-00-00-00-00-00] and target volume id =-;5:2;)0000010000000000. Error code:2'

In both copies there are a problem with file eLifeSet.exe 'Backup38_20140305\BackUp\DTS2\down\POS前台_20130610\vbpos\CHECK_PATCH\eLifeSet.exe' and 'down\POS前台_20160511\vbpos\CHECK_PATCH\eLifeSet.exe' check is file is in use i.e. running, if so try to stop it first.

From the other hand why you trigger file-level copy by shrinking disk? You can create thin disk which is better and faster than disk resizing with file-level copy.

I forgot to say that if you convert 'This local machine' you'll not need the agent but only server/worker pair.
