FAILED: A system error encountered during an operation

Hi, I'm trying to clone volume c:

Getting the below message using vCenter Converter 4.0.1 build-161434

FAILED: A system error encountered during an operation

ERROR: Failed to clone volume 'c:'

Tred twice. The first time is failed at 54% the second time at 35%

Just would like to add any help will be very appreciated.

I am having the same issue and unfortunatley the logs dont describe much at all

sometimes I get a errCode = 6

sometimes I get errCode = 4641

Can anybody give me an insight as to what the issue actually is ?

I have attached the logs aswell.
