ERROR: Unknown error returned by VMware Converter Agent

Converting Windows 2000 server from virtual workstation machine to ESXi server using converter 3.0.3. System has 3 hard-drives overall 160GB.

Conversion always fails at 33% trying to clone disk 2. I tried to convert from standalone windows machine (connecting to virtual center and to ESX server directly using local admin).

Also tried to use windows virtual machine on ESXi server and connect to ESX server directly. (logs from the this case)

Also attaching logs.

Is your destination NFS storage?

Have you tried converting the VM while it is powered on (treat it like a physical machine)?

Thanks for the answer, I'm going to try to convert it "live" tonight.

And for storage I'm using LAN or virtual LAN (storing vmdk-vmx files on virtual mcahine on ESXi server).
