Well maybe I have to rephrase the question ...
The screenshot shows the ColdCloneCD I made for my personal use - it includes the following apps:
latest VMware Workstation - icluding Importer-functions
latest VMware Converter 3.0.2.u1 - runs in coldclone-mode using the starter-edition
latest VMware ViClient 2.5
VEEAM FastSCP
optional VMware Remote Cli or latest P2V-assistant
optional VirtualPC , VirtualBox ...
The BartPE based CD uses a full explorer-shell - though it still can boot - with limited functionality - on 128 MB machines.
Now I can either spend some evenings with making a setup-tool for a LiveCD like that or do something real useful like watching late 60th monster movies.
