I am converting a windows 2003 server into vm...progress stops at 5% and still the status is "in progress"...there is no time in "end time" field...
Let me know what log file do you want me to copy here..

Sounds like a potential file locking issue. Are any users trying to access your server during the conversion?
Sorry for this late reply. I had to reboot esx server and soon after I noticed that this one got resolved.
