Has anyone successfully converted a Blackberry Enterprise Server (4.1)?
Are there any "gotcha's" that you can share?

I read that the converter boot CD for cold cloning only comes with the Enterprise edition of VMConverter.
Does that mean I can't do it with the free version of converter?
You can do a hot clone as well.
In this case stop all the services (including MSDE / SQL)
You can also use Ulli's MOA with the Converter plugin.
