Converter offiline download

Does anyone know where to download this from? I cannot seem to find it on the download page.

If you are referring to the Cold Clone tool it is part of licensed vSphere content. If you have a paid license version you should be able to find it in the downloads section for your product. http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1026714

It's actually so hard to find, there is a KB article on downloading the Cold Clone CD.
