Did you run a checkdisk first?
Is it a live or cold convert?
I haven't run checkdisk. It's a live conversion
Running a check disk is important. As well shut down as many services as possible especially antivirus products.
Converter sometimes gets confused by partitions that are almost empty. Try just converting the C drive and for that resulting VM, create a new partition and simply filecopy the data over. The alternative, place more data on that partition.
