Converter agent failed

Trying to p2v a 2003 Sp2 DC. It accesses the server ok then gets to the agent install and then gets this message:

Converter Standalone agent installer failed on 'ourservername'

I dont see any logs anywhere to look at.

Anyone have any problems with the agent isntall?

Anyway to manually install the agent?

Converter PC can see the DC , ping and shares are available.

Please paste your log file for analyze. you may get the log file from C:\WINDOWS\Temp\vmware-temp\vmware-converter*

The C:\WINDOWS\Temp\vmware-temp folder has no logs in it, only the vmware-SYSTEM folder which only has a xml file in it.

Is there a place to turn on logging?

Click File > Export logs.. a ZIP file is created.

Newer versions of Converter display the path where the logs are written. Are you using Converter 3.0.3 or 4.0 ?
