This PC is an old IBM model and has one 2.5G concealed partition. This partition and XP OS partition are on the same disk.
I have checked the boot.ini like follow, seems the concealed partition is not in
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn
And I did not choose the concealed partition when doing p2v.
Any steps should I do?
Sorry , this account is the same as 'GCADAN'...
Yes I use a standalone version.
The virtual machine has been created, but I can not power on it, it will have blue screen and reboot again and again.
How can I identify if boot.ini point to the wrong partition? This computer has another partition which is for recovery, but I'm not sure if converter will also converter this partition?
