Are you running Converter directly on the server to be converted? Are you using dynamic disks or OS mirroring? Check the Converter logs and post the relevant section, they are located in %Windir%\temp\vmware-temp
fyi....it appears that you do not award points for any of your posts even though you mark them as a question.
