Convert Failed - Mirror software windows

I can not convert this Windows 2003 server with 3 HD and boot partition in the mirror attached screen shoot.

any ideas?

Here are some options if it doesn't work naturally with Converter 4.0.1

1. Use 3.0.3 starter

2. Convert with 4.0.1, then use gparted to set the boot flag on the correct partition, then 'reconfigure machine' from Converter.

3. Break Mirror and re-convert with 4.0.1
