Cannot Send CTRL-ALT-DEL after succesfull vmconverter

I am using vm converter to convert w2k3std edition running blackberry application which connect to exchange server. After succesfully convert the physical to Virtual we cannot Send CTRL-ALT-DEL to the VM.

Anyone can help ?

Is it that you have no keyboard/mouse? If so, go into Remote Desktop and look in the Device Manager.
