Can we disable SSL Digital Certificate for Converter Standalone

Version of VMware vCenter Converter Standalone: 4.3.0 build -292238

Issue:  When filling out the source page using the wizard, the server failed to connect to the client/agent with the following error message.

          Converter Security Warning

          Certificate Warnings

          The remote host certificate has these problems:

          * The host name used for the connection does not match the subject name on the host certificate.

          * The host certificate chain is not complete.

Goal:    To disable SSL certificates communication between the converter server and the agent using registry entries similar to the following:

          [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VMware, Inc.\VMware VirtualCenter]
          "VerifySSLCertificates"=dword:0
          [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VMware, Inc.\VMware Webcenter]
          "VerifySSLCertificates"=dword:0

Is it possible?  If so, what are the registry entries that do this for Converter standalone?
