Auto PowerUP the VM after recovering to an ESX server

Hi,

I have been trying to use the PowerONVM tag in the XML file. When I set this tag to true and recover the VM to an ESX server the VM does not get powered up automatically? Am i missing to do anything here? I am using ESX server 3.5 and the converter version is 3.0.2 update 1 which is running in starter mode.

Maybe use uptodate Converter 3.0.3 first .... 3.0.2u1 is outdated

Thanks for your reply. I figured out what I was doing wrong. Wile using the p2vtool.exe I forgot to append the -p switch which invokes the post processing params. Now the VM seems to be powering up after recovery.
