A communication Error in Vcenter

I am using ESX Server 3.5 on four machines therefore i have to install Vcenter on another machine for controling them but i had to restart the Vcenter machine last time.

After restarting, Following error is prompt ,when i connect Vcenter

"VMware infrastructure Vlient could not establish the initial connection with server 130.0.1.9

Detail A communication error occurred while sendind data to the server "

Please help because i am new in ESX

Is the vcenter service running properly?

Check services.msc!!

Try to open a local connection inside a RDP session on vCenter Server.

If it doen not work is a service problem.

What do you mean not working?

Cannot start?

Waht db are you using?

Yes ,It is not starting and prompt following error .

Windows could not start the VMware VirtualCenter Server on Local Computer. For more Information ,Review the System Event Log.If this is a non-Microsoft Service, Contact the service Vendor, and refer to service -specific error code 2.

Secondly, SQL Server Express edition is installed on this machine.

What about the SQL Service?

Is this running properly?

Have you got enough space on the SQL Partition?

Yes,SQL Server service is started.Secondly, 14 GB space is free from SQL partition

Have you checked out the logs, if you can get any information out of there?

That is strange.

What version of vc have you installed?

Is your vcenter running in an vm?

Yes, This is installed on VM machine but i had faced same issue on Physical machine also.

What version of vcenter have you installed?

I would uninstall the vcenter completly and force a new installation.

Yes he do so.

But backup the vcenter, master and msdb befor make a new installation!
