What do I do if I have a host failure

We offer no SLA for the Single Host SDDC. In case of a component or host failure, you may lose your data. All SDDCs with 3 or more hosts (ie “production SDDCs”) are covered by our SLA, which can be found here. All SDDCs, regardless of number of hosts, are supported 24/7 by VMware Global Support Services with 24/5 live chat support.
