I can't edit VM affinity rules in DRS. I'm not allowed to edit DRS configuration in VCM vCenter.

In VMware Cloud on AWS it is not allowed to change DRS settings.

If you want to use affinity rules or anti-affinity rules between VMs/Hosts, you have to use compute profile and vSphere tags to manage this.
