It requires you to have a myLearn login. If this link redirects you to the home page, use the top navigation and select "Community" then "SME Program". Please review the Program Guide linked on the page and then the T&Cs. Once they are accepted, will be directed to a microsite where you can fill out your SME profile in detail. I used this detail to determine who has the best skills to participate in projects.
Also, monitor the site as recruitment activities are posted in the forum when new projects become available. I also post on Twitter and the vCommunity Discord channel when I am recruiting.
