Can I take the VMware Cloud Professional (2V0-33.22) exam without joining any training course?

I think that you can go directly to exam if you have hand-on experience with VMware-Cloud.

Anyone can’t take any VCP exam, but they won’t be certified til they’ve also met any other requirement such as completing training.
