Is there a software to create vmware virtual cloud?
Since 3 days ago I get a server and I would like to create some paid virtual machines for customers
can you do with v-cloud director?

vCloud Director is not VMware on AWS, and neither is really a good solution to address your problem/concern. If you only got one server and want to immediately begin to create "paid virtual machines for customers" then I think you should probably re-examine that need based on what your customers are likely to expect. What about redundancy? What about data protection? What about security? In all likelihood, one single, solitary ESXi host with no other applications to support it isn't going to be nearly enough.
