Moving Hardware without Damaging Vsphere Ecosystem

Hello, I have a system with 2 HPE EL8000's containing 4 blades each and they are also connected to two network switches. I plan on splitting the system up so I have 2 systems with one EL8000 and 4 blades. Does anyone know the steps I need to take to properly shut down vsphere and split the hardware to end up with 2 systems that are exact replicas of the original combined system?

Can you provide more information on how these hosts are configured. Are all 8 hots under the same vCenter currently? 

At a high level, if you are looking at separating them out into two different clusters under their own vCenters, You will have to remove one of the host, then install a new vCenter on it and then add it the host that hosts the vCenter into it. Then you disconnect the other three from the existing vCenter and move them under thew new one.
