Chat bot

Hi there

I have used the Chat option on the vsphere web client, to chat with support, but it has been reported to me that my Chat conversation can be seen by any team member logged into the web client

We all have different logins, so is this behaviour expected?

Do you mean vSphere Web Client or Cloud Console?

I have that same behavior in my environment when we speak with support from console on vSphere Client.

Most of the communication with the support I have from Vmware Partner Navigator... and there I don't see this behavior.

@madpro This functionality may be expected, depending on what point you are accessing the Chat Support pane.
When you open up a new chat, are you already logged into the SDDC vCenter or are you only on the VMC Console page?

If logged into the vCenter, are you logging in with Cloudadmin or an OnPrem AD User account with the Cloudadmin permissions applied?
