Bom, é este problema que estou tendo, com relação ao reconhecimento do HD pelo windows 10. De modo algum ele não reconhece o HD.

That's most likely not an issue with the virtual machine, but with the Windows installation image which is corrupt (often cause by an incomplete download). Please double-check that it has the correct size and - if provided by MS - the correct checkum.
