Vmware Data Recovery Error

Olá Pessoal, Criei uma tarefa de Backup no Vmware Data Recorery  e esta gerando este erro.

11/30/2011 5:04:14 AM: Failed to create snapshot for SRV-FS01, error -3960 ( cannot quiesce virtual machine)

Estou usando a Versão Vmware Data Recovery 1.2

Apenas duas curiosidades.

VMware tools ok ?

Tem algum snap ja nesse maquina antes de tentar realizar o backup ? Se sim, remova!

Todas tem Vmware tools instalado e nao tem snapshot!!!!

Failed to create snapshot for <SERVER>, error -3960 ( cannot quiesce virtual machine)

The first error is a bit misleading. It just means that something is  wrong with VMware tools. In the most cases a reboot fixes the issue  because of a pending installation issue. In case a reboot doesn’t solve  it. You need to reinstall it. Just go about and remove the VMware Tools,  reboot and install it again. Afterwards just a reboot to complete the  installation.
