I can't access Vcenter through the Browser

Hello, I'm having problems accessing Vcenter through the webrowser, the Vcenter version is 6.5. See the error:
Cannot access this site Connection to xxx.xxx.xxx.xx was refused.
I can access this shell from the VCenter server, with the user "root" without problems. Some help?

Oi Diego, sou aqui do Brasil, e não tenho muita experencia com o VCenter (Vmware),

realizei os passos que o documento que voce indicou, muito obrigado inclusive pela rápida resposta, mas não deu certo, apareceu a seguinte mensagem:

Vc ja reiniciou o vCenter?

Teria q analisar os logs para descobrir o que esta acontecendo. Talvez seja mais rapido refazer o vCenter.

Poderia anexar o log (/var/log/vmware/vsphere-client/logs).

OI Diego,

obrigado pelo retorno a ajuda.

O pessoal da TI da empresa cliente, resolveu, segundo eles era problema em um dos discos do storage. Não deram muito mais informações.
