Access using console too slow

Portuguese Version of my problem: temos uma máquina com 4 processadores, 16GB de RAM.. nela, instalado o VMWare 1.0.4. Temos 2 máquinas virtuais rodando perfeitamente. O acesso via Terminal Server a esses 2 servidores é normal. Mas a criação de uma 3a máquina virtual é extremamente lento. Inviável de se trabalhar mesmo. Verificando o uso do servidor físico, não passa de 2% de CPU e 3GB de RAM.

Alguém já teve esse problema? Alguma idéia? Algo a ser configurado?

English Version of my problem:

We have a server with 4 procs, 16GB of RAM, running VMWare 1.0.4. Also have two virtual machines running on it, and both are ok. Acessing them using Terminal Server is ok. But, when we try working on console, for creating another virtual machine, it is extremelly slow. It is impossible to work on console. Taking a look at the physical server, it does not use more than 3% of CPU and 3GB de RAM. Anyone had already had this problem? Any sugestions? Something to be configured? Thank you in advance!

o pessoal do forum americano deu a barbada.... se mais alguem estiver com probelam parecido procurem pelos posts do PETER_VM ou JACKOBLI, pessoal gente boa, e mesmo a porcaria do meu ingles conseguiram me ajudar..

Put those settings in place...
