vmware data recovery - warning sign

i have setup vmware data recovery, and som of the vm shows a warning sign, like this:

common for all these vm's is that they runs on older esx servers.

any ideas what this means?, can't find anything in the event log.

Pretty sure it just means they are not compliant (they have not been backed up in the past day or so).

The yellow overlay means that the VM is in a backup job, but it has not been backed up within the last 3 days. If the VM has not been backed up for over a week, the icon will become red.

I am having the same icon showing on my VMs, I find this page via search. I am just curious about upper answer. Where can you find it from VMware docutment or KB? I cound not find any thing from the VMware Data Recovery Administration Guide.
