vSphere 5.5 and Avamar

I haven't seen this  question yet, so apologies if it has already been asked.  What, if any version of Avamar supports integrated backups with vSphere5.5?  The Avamar product page says it supports 5.X, but doesn't explicitly say 5.5.

I believe our Avamar grid is on version 6.1, and I'm trying to plan our upgrade to 5.5 (from 5.0).
