First look at the LUN status from SAN side.
From windows machine
1. make sure that you can see wwpns in HBA bios.
2. From OS level check the LUN status using above mentioned commands if Multipathing s/w is installed, Else look for hard disks in Device Manger (it should be something lik IBM DISK)
3. Some times, simple reboot can re-mount LUNs
Hi,
which Windows OS Version is used?
As per Event IDs 257, 12, and 51 are logged on a Windows Server 2003-based computer such messages could be safely ignored.
You should check the current status of these disks on the windows server with the following command sequence.
Based on the results of these steps additional tasks might be needed.

Hi,
you should update the diskpart Software as your current version does only offer limited functionality.
An updated version of the Disk Partition tool for Windows Server 2003 is available

Mr Vmware
is it a VM or Phy. Machine?
Physical Machine - As per the event logs, I can see it is IBM SAN. Use below SDD commands to view the Multipathing.
Navigate to IBM Multipathing s/w C:\program files\IBM\(don't remember folder name)
commands:
datapath query adapter
datapath query device
Virtual Machine - check the LUN status in vCenter
it's a physical Server, and that lun is only mapped to that physical server,
