I have a problem with preservation of IP addresses after restor of virtual maschines. My aim is to perform some tests, to validate functionality of VDR. I have created new vSwitch and during restoration connect VMs to this vSwitch. In destination selection screen i selec "reconnect NIC" to "yes". After that, VM restore whith complete different IP address from what it be during backup. If i set option "reconnect NIC" to "no", network adapter is not creating. Is it possible some how to preserv IP address during restoration?
