Vmware Data Protection Restore Client File Level Restore Problem

Hello,

I am having a 2008 server standard edition VM. It has got 3 HDs each having a single primary partition. But whenever I try to do a FLR it shows the following error:

"Failed to get disks: The partitions  is invalid or not"

But all the disks are Basic. It is NTFS formatted.

I have searched through google and also checked all the logs in VDP.

Has anybody got the solution?

FLR specific log file should be in the following location of the appliance - \usr\local\avamar\var\flr\server_logs\flr-server.log.

See if you can find some clue in the log file if not already checked.

I have already checked the log. But it has got no error entry regarding this restore operation.
