I'm using VDP 5.1 and I started yesterday a new backup job with some machines, and it's past more than 12h that job is freezed in 91%.

How do i cancel it?

If i click on the task and press "cancel" it will works?

Thank you.

check in which hosts vm (backup one) resides and restart the management agents for that hosts.  the backup job will be cancelled. and restarting managment services will not affect any vm's network and running states.

Hi

Welcome to the communities.

Did you restarted the service on vcenter?

Thank you all of you.

In fact it finished after 15 hours.

But now i got another problem, and this is a BIG problem. I'm suffering with Latency in my ISCSI connection, yesterday i lost the connection from NAS and esxi while VDP was doing it jobs. it almost crash my production environment. lucky i got to cancel the job clicking on the task and selecting "Cancel". After, i needed to remove the vm's disks from VDP Appliance and delete the snapshot created by vdp manually.

Now i'm working to reduce the latency and solve this problem.
