Backup & Recovery

Hello,

Is there a way to get Data Recovery to work with Backup Exec 2010? I am looking for something integrated that can be backup to tapes directly or backup to disk then tapes automatically.

I hear that VCB can be integrated with Backup Exec but what about VMware Data Recovery?

I am running vSphere 4 Update 1 and Data Recovery 1.1

Use VCB, that's the agent that 3rd party backups talk to. VDR is a stand alone backup appliance.

I am testing out a beta version of a software just like VDR but has the Backup Exec integration. It seems to be working well but I rather use VDR because I am licensed for it. Maybe next version?
