[VDR] Failed to create snapshot for MyVM, error -3948 ( vcb api exception)

Hi all ,

I've got this error with VDR 1.2.1131 on Vcenter 4.1(ESX 4.1)

10/1/2010 11:02:12 AM: Normal backup using MyVM

10/1/2010 11:08:50 AM: Failed to create snapshot for MyVM, error -3948 ( vcb api exception)

10/1/2010 11:08:51 AM: Task incomplete

I can make a simple snapshot of MyVM

Hi Dagn46,

This is usually due to the fact that the VDR VM is not able to resolve DNS names of the ESXs and the vCenter. Check VDR network configuration.
