Hi,
I am not sure if the error codes mean anything but I would try the steps below to resolve the issue
1. Manually create a new snapshot and Delete all snapshots for the VM
2. Ensure that there are no damaged Restore Points for the VM, if yes follow KB to delete them http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1013387
3. Check the Guest O.S logs i.e. event id for any errors
