VDR 2 "Failed to create snapshot for <system>, error -3960 (Cannot quiesce virtual machine)"

We are testing VDR on our ESXi 4.1.0, 381591 cluster and we scheduled some backups of a test Windows 2003 server and a Linux server and they backed up fine. We scheduled a backup of a test Windows 7 VM and we got a bunch of these errors....

Failed to create snapshot for systemname, error -3960 (Cannot quiesce virtual machine)

Which is odd because I can go into vSphere client and manually create a snapshot and remove it without issue. Any ideas on why this is happening?

Thanks

You can try to set the parameter "disk.EnableUUID" to "false"

Look here:

I'm an idiot, I had the volume shadow copy service disabled and turned off within the Windows7 test box. We use the image for VMware View and I figured it wasn't a service we would need turned on.
